Current availability is limited to Wednesdays from 12pm-8pm and Thursdays from 10am-7pm.

Individual Session | $140 + GST

Individual sessions for children, teens, and adults. These sessions can happen either in-person or virtually, and are 50-minutes.

Couples Session | $175 + GST

Sessions for couples that pull from Gottman methodologies. These sessions are 75-minutes and happen in-person.

15-minute phone call to connect and see if I am a good fit for your counselling goals.

Rates are determined in accordance with the BCACC. As a registered clinical counsellor (RCC), many extended benefits plans will cover the costs of our sessions. Credit card or e-transfer are accepted forms of payment at the end of each session. Direct billing is not available at this time, but you will be emailed a receipt after each session that can be submitted.

I also accept funding through the Crime Victim’s Assistance Program (CVAP), First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), ICBC, and the MCFD Autism Fund.  FAQs

  • Whether we meet virtually or in person, you can expect our first session to be a chance for your story to be shared. We’ll get to know each other and see how fit, therapeutically. The relationship between the counsellor and client is paramount to overall growth and healing.

  • One of the most important parts of being a counsellor is getting the honour to hold your stories and experiences close. Legally, everything that is shared within our session stays within our session, with the exception of:

    • an imminent risk of harm to self or others.

    • a risk that a child or vulnerable person may be harmed, which includes both abuse or neglect.

    • my notes were subject to subpoena by a court of law.

  • Not a problem, life happens. There is no cancellation fee if you let me know more than 48 hours before your session. If you cancel 24-48 hours before your session, you will be responsible for a $40 cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 24 hours of our session are subject to the full cost of the session.

  • We are thankful to be a part of the team at Thrive Life Counselling & Wellness. We share the space with an amazing team of therapists in Langley, off 200th Street.
